Materials & Formulation

Dense zirconia ceramic, formulated for jewelry

Our zirconia ceramic is sintered to high density, giving each piece hardness, scratch resistance, and a comfortable, hypoallergenic surface against the skin. Diamond polishing brings the finish to a refined, even sheen across finished jewelry and components alike.

Because the material holds fine edges and small details, it suits pieces that combine ceramic with copper, stainless steel, and cubic zirconia, as well as components designed for assembly into a larger design.

Precision Production

From molding to assembly-ready parts

01

Precision molding

Forms are shaped to controlled dimensions so each accent, post, and setting starts from a consistent geometry.

02

High-temperature sintering

Pieces are fired at high temperature to reach the dense structure that gives zirconia ceramic its hardness and stability.

03

Surface finishing

Diamond polishing refines each surface, preparing finished jewelry and components for an even, polished appearance.

04

Assembly preparation

Components are prepared for metal-to-ceramic bonding and stone setting, with tolerances held for secure fit in the final design.

Quality Control

Documented inspection at every stage

Each batch moves through a multi-stage inspection protocol covering dimensional tolerances, so bonding and micro-stone settings align as specified.

Color stability and mechanical strength are tested and recorded, giving production directors and technical designers a clear basis for assessing ceramic durability and consistency across orders.
