Concept review
We review your design files or brief, confirm dimensions, material requirements, and finish intent, and identify any engineering considerations before work begins.

Tooling and mold preparation
Custom CAD design and dedicated tooling are prepared for your proprietary component, establishing the geometry and profile that will be repeated across production.

Sample sign-off
Prototype samples are produced for your evaluation. Adjustments to pigmentation, profiling, or assembly are made until the sample is approved for production.

Bulk production
Approved specifications move into controlled bulk manufacturing under confidential OEM or ODM arrangements, supporting your release schedule.
