Dongguan facility

Precision zirconia production under one roof

Our Dongguan workshop runs high-density zirconia ceramic production with specialized sintering furnaces, diamond grinding stations, and polishing lines. Every stage is controlled to hold consistent bores and surface finish across export volumes.

Equipment and process controls are set for international jewelry brands, wholesalers, and designers who need repeatable components from one batch to the next.

From powder to polish

Five controlled stages

Each component passes through the same sequence: raw powder preparation and molding, high-temperature sintering, precision diamond grinding, and mirror-grade polishing.

Step 01

Powder and molding

Zirconia powder is prepared and formed into bead, pendant, and component blanks to set the baseline geometry.

Step 02

High-temperature sintering

Blanks are fired in controlled furnace cycles that set the ceramic structure and purity.

Step 03

Diamond grinding

Precision diamond tools shape bores and dimensions to the specified tolerances.

Step 04

Mirror-grade polishing

Surfaces are polished to a clean, consistent luster ready for jewelry assembly or finishing.

Inspection checkpoints

Checked before every shipment

Inspection covers the measurements and surface qualities that matter to international jewelry brands.

Dimensions

Dimensional accuracy

Diameters, lengths, and hole bores are measured against the approved drawing for each production run.

Surface

Luster and scratch control

Polished surfaces are checked for even luster and scratch-free finish before packing.

Integrity

Crack detection

Components are screened for cracks and structural flaws so only sound pieces leave the workshop.
